The classic of BBQ sauces - the smoky taste, the sweet-spicy note, the extraordinary flavours - all this makes this barbecue sauce the grill sauce per excellence.
Our interpretation focuses on the freshness of the flavours, and we find this to be very successful.

To ensure maximum freshness and to stay true to the Swangolt claim, we have also used fresh ingredients - fresh mushrooms, fresh garlic, fine Balsamic vinegar, Malt beer instead of water etc.

We have also produced our own smoked salt with beech wood, and no thickener was used in the product. The result delighted us all.
