KC Cowtown BBQ Sauce + Free Smoking Powder

For more taste when grilling!

The Kansas City Cowtown Barbecue Sauce won first place at the American Royal Barbecue competition in 2001. A mouth-watering dark and powerful barbecue flavour with a pleasant hint of smoke and sweetness. This sauce has an unbelievably complex array of flavours and is very popular with our customers.

Don`t even think about having a barbecue party without this BBQ sauce! Perfect with pork, beef and poultry. A real delight served over spare ribs.

Tasting promotion: 500g smoker Powder for free

Our smoking powder (or smoking flour) is made from barrels from the best European wine and spirits producers. The barrels come from Rioja and other regions of Spain, France and Portugal. After use, the oak wood remains imbued with the aroma and flavour of the wines and spirits. It is processed into this unique, natural smoked product, which releases this incomparable flavour into the food when smoked.

Instructions:

Before starting to smoke, remove any smoking residue and dirt in the smoker with warm water and soap and then rinse well.
Fill the smoker with approx. 100-120 g of smoking powder. Make sure that the powder is smooth.
Light the flames as indicated for your smoker. Extinguish the flames when the smoke starts to come out of the smoker.
The wood powder will burn for about 10 hours.

Store the powder in a cool, dry place.
If the powder does not burn, dry it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Make sure there is sufficient airflow to get as much smoke as possible.

Shelf Life / Storage

The expiry date printed on the product refers to an unopened product in unrefrigerated storage. After opening, the product can be kept for at least 6 months if stored below 7°C.
