Hellicious BBQ Sauce Miel & Moutarde - Honey-Mustard

Hellicious wanted to use quality local ingredients from Alsace with a local mustard and French IGP honey in this recipe.

When your taste buds come into contact with this sauce, the syrupy texture coats the tongue, the mustard adds a slight sharpness that the honey soothes almost immediately.

The lemon juice provides the right acidity to round off the taste experience on the palate and make your mouth water! The spices and herbs of Provence do the job of gently flavouring the recipe.

You can use them as a condiment, as an addition to a sauce, for pallets à la diable, vegetable stir-fries and especially for your chicken!
