Santa`s Secret BBQ Rub

Santa`s Secret is a perfect blend of the classic Christmas spices such as cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg - handmade from purely natural ingredients.

It is perfect for marinating meat (pork, beef, game, poultry).

Free of artificial additives, flavor enhancers, glutamate, preservatives and artificial colors.

Use: Sprinkle the spice mixture over the meat and let it sit wrapped for at least one hour. Then prepare the meat as desired.

Produced in small quantities at the Swedish spice manufacturer Widowmakers. Widowmakers` mission is to produce fine and unique barbecue spices inspired by authentic American BBQ.
