St. Louis BBQ Rub

The perfect spare ribs are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside - and with just the right seasoning: this works best with the St. Louis BBQ Rub. Handmade from 100% natural ingredients.

The St. Louis blend is the authentic Southern mix for ribs with cumin, garlic, mustard and paprika. For the perfect spare ribs taste.

Free of artificial additives, flavour enhancers, glutamate, preservatives and artificial colours.

Use: Sprinkle the spice blend over the meat and leave it wrapped for at least one hour. Then prepare the meat as desired.

Produced in small quantities at the Swedish spice manufacturer Widowmakers. Widowmaker`s mission is to produce fine and unique barbecue spieces inspired by authentic American BBQ.
