Salsa La Sfiziosa

La Sfiziosa - the delicious one!

A spicy Mediterranean vegetable cream made from Aji Amarillo Chillies, green tomatoes, dried red tomatoes, aubergines, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

It has a mild heat and is the perfect accompaniment to mature cheese, roasted meat or as a bruschetta spread on crusty baguette. The fresh and light sauce can also be used for delicious starters or adds a special zing to side dishes.

The family business Azienda Agricola Carmazzi in Tuscany exists for 100 years and has specialised in the organic production of chilli peppers and hot products (Mr. PIC), among other things, since the 1970s.
