Grilled salmon roll exotic
Exotic, fresh and delicious. The salmon rolls with a slight heat and exotic sweetness of cranberries will be the absolute hit for every party. Easy to prepare and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients for 4 People:
800 g salmon
2 apples
1 zucchini or eggplant
cream cheese
some parsley
cranberries
some chili sauce (spiciness to taste)
Grill skewers
1 fresh white bread
Preparation:
First wash the zucchini / eggplant and slice lengthwise into thin slices.
Then put the salmon in thin strips on the zucchini (eggplant) and spread with some chili sauce. Wash and thinly slice the apple and lay it on top of the salmon, cover with a thin layer of cream cheese and some cranberries and strew parsley on top.
Roll up the zucchini (or eggplant) lengthwise and put it on a grill skewer, repeat this with all the prepared slices until all the ingredients are used. Spread a little oil on the skewers and place them on the grill, turn them every 2 minutes.The skewers are ready when the zucchini (eggplant) has browned on all sides. To serve, arrange on a plate with some cranberries and serve with fresh bread.
