Nasi Goreng with mango sauce and egg

A little different from the original, we give you a quick recipe here, because who of you doesn`t know it? Once again too much rice cooked - but no desire for the standard dishes? The vegetarian Nasi Goreng with mango sauce and egg is a perfect alternative to the standard rice dishes.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1-2 hot red chillies to taste
1 large spring onion, chopped
6 garlic cloves, chopped
2 large eggs
3 cups cooked rice
1 onion, sliced
4 tablespoons soy sauce or more to taste
3 tablespoons mango lemon drop sauce
Sea salt to taste
For garnish:
- sliced cucumber or lime or diced tomato, leaf parsley- 2 eggs in addition to frying as a fried egg.
- Sambal Oelek

1. heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok, add the peppers and spring onions and fry for 2-3 minutes.2. add the chopped garlic and onions and fry for a further 30 seconds.
3. add the two large eggs and fry, stirring, until the eggs are cooked through.
4. reduce the heat to medium and add the cooked rice, soy sauce and Mango Lemon Drop Sauce. 5.
5. season the nasi goreng with salt to taste and stir-fry until the rice is slightly browned, scraping the bottom repeatedly to avoid burning.
