Baked Sea Bass
Lemon Scented stuffed baked fish
Preparation time approx. 30 min.
Ingredients (serves 2):
-- 2 Sea Bass
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Chilli Pepper, ground
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 50ml water
- 30g butter, melted
- 5g butter
- juice of half a lemon
- small handful parsley
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Chilli Salt, ground
Directions:
Gut the sea bass, scale them, remove the gills and the heads. Rinse inside and out under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels.
Preheat oven to gas mark 6/200C.
Finely chop the parsley. Melt the butter in a pan; add breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, water and Lemon Chilli Pepper and mix.
Stuff the fish with the stuffing. Place fish on the baking tray, dot pieces of the un-melted butter on top.
Bake the fish for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
It goes well with baked potatoes, a vegetable pan or fresh baguette and a green salad.
