Chakalaka Hot Sauce

Chakalaka is an authentic and fiery South African side dish or relish. It is made from tomatoes, carrots, peppers, chillies, baked beans and white cabbage and flavoured with garlic, pepper, curry, ginger and coriander. Chakalaka is traditionally served with bread or as a side dish with sausage, chicken or grilled lamb and pork.

Johnny Hexburg used the same flavours to create this unique Chakalaka Hot Sauce. It goes well with meat (lamb, chicken or porc).
