Apple Jalapeno Hot Sauce, organic

Fruit meets chili pepper: The Apple Jalapeno Hot Sauce is an unusual yet very balanced mixture of green jalapenos, Habanero chillies, apple and cilantro. While the (originally) Mexican chilli variety Jalapeno with about 6,000 Scoville still has a moderate heat, this sauce gets its "kick" from the Habanero chillies, which make it to a 350,000 - 445,000 Scoville. Both varieties are grown by Skånsk Chili in Sweden.

The Apple Jalapeno Hot Sauce contains green Jalapeno & Habanero as well as apple and cilantro, making it particularly fruity and aromatic. Rounded off with an exquisite selection of spices, it is a sweet and sour sauce that is used both at the table and in the kitchen. Our recommendation: Try a few drops directly on a piece of pizza or in a salad - fantastic!
