Soy Cuisine is a vegetable alternative to cow`s milk cream without lecithin with a balanced taste for savoury and sweet dishes.

When whipped, this soy cream is light and creamy with a fat content of only 16%. Moreover, Soy Cuisine is low in salt, rich in unsaturated fatty acids, gluten-free and lactose-free. Therefore, it is also easy to digest.
