Chile Tajin Guajillo 75g

The Guajillo chilli is a dried version of the Mirasol chilli. It has a medium heat and makes the tongue burn, but its delicate sweetness is also reminiscent of a green tea variety. If the chilli is finely chopped, it is a perfect addition to a delicious marinade or ideal for adding a special touch to chilli oil.

Soak the whole dried Guajillo chillies in hot water for 10 minuntes to rehydrate, then dice or puree and add to a recipe. or add directly to recipe that will cook at least 10 minutes.
