Chile Tajin Arbol 75g

Arbol chilli is a dried tree chilli. It has a pleasant heat, a great smokiness and makes the tongue glow. It is an important ingredient in the well-known Mexican dish pozole (a Mexican corn soup). If the chilli is finely chopped, it is a perfect addition to marinades, stews, enchiladas and similar dishes.

Soak the whole dried Guajillo chillies in hot water for 10 minuntes to rehydrate, then dice or puree and add to a recipe. or add directly to recipe that will cook at least 10 minutes.
