Freshly harvested, sun-drenched chillies grown on our own farm - cultivated close to our company`s location in the Palatinate region, also known as the Tuscany of Germany.

Originally from South America, the lemon drop chilli is one of the best known chillies in its homeland. It is also called Aji Limón or Hot Lemon because it matures in a bright yellow and odorants the intense scent of citrus fruits.

In South America, the lemon drop chilli pepper is used to flavour salsas and sauces, as well as the traditional cuy (fried guinea pig). But the possibilities go so much further, give your salad a fiery kick or meat an intense spice, the imagination knows no bounds.
