Fresh aromatic red organic Serrano chillies - freshly harvested, crunchy and extremely hot.

Freshly harvested, sun-drenched chillies from our own cultivation - grown very close to our company location in the Palatinate, also known as the Tuscany of Germany.

The fresh organic Serrano chillies are relatively thick-fleshed and develop a pleasant sweetness when ripe, together with their medium heat. For this reason
they are ideal for fresh consumption, for spicing up salads or salsas. Although the ripe red fruits have a much more aromatic and sweeter taste, serranos are almost only eaten green in Mexico.

There are no limits to your imagination here, because the serrano can be used in a variety of creative ways in your dishes.
For example, together with tomatoes as the basis for the famous Mexican salsa Pico de Gallo.
