Jalapeno Craigs Grande Chili Seeds
Information: Jalapeño Craigs Grande is a very sweet, fruity and aromatic chilli variety that delights with its large red fruits and low corking. The pods are ideal for drying, for processing into powder, for fresh consumption or for stuffing. As the pods are very mild, they are also suitable for beginners to try chillies.
Care: The germination temperature is between 22 and 28 °C (12 - 21 days germination period), therefore the use of a greenhouse and a heating mat is recommended. The plants need fresh, well-fertilised, well-drained soil and do not tolerate waterlogging. They should be placed in a full sun, sheltered spot with at least 6 hours of sunlight, preferably more. Place the plants outside at the earliest approx. 2 to 3 weeks after the last frost. If you cultivate the plant in a pot, you can overwinter it. To do this, you may need to cut it back a little and place it in a bright spot with a temperature of at least 15°C.
