Radish seeds for sprouts.

The bright red tuber has been common in Europe since the 16th century, but its origin is unknown. The sprouts have a sharp taste and are rich in calcium, iron, zinc and folic acid. Absolutely delicious on bread, in salads or as a topping on soups.

The soaking time is 6-8 hours, the germination time in the sprouting jar is about 5-8 days.

Storage: Protect from heat and keep dry.
