Blueberry Tomato Seeds
Information: The blueberry tomato is a very special breed of tomato. The colourant anthocyanin is responsible for the violet blue colouring, whilst also increased the antioxidant content and thereby making the tomatoes particularly healthy. The medium-sized round fruits are violet blue from the very beginning if they get enough sunlight to produce the blue colour. Wherever the sepals partially cover the fruits or on the underside, where less sunlight reaches the fruit, they ripen from green to red.
The blueberry tomato certainly guarantees to be an eye-catching feature in your garden. The plants are very strong and can grow 1.50 - 2.5 metres tall, depending on where they are planted. The fruits have an unusual, very tasty flavour, with an interesting combination of sweet and sour.
Care: You can grow blueberry tomatoes at home, in a greenhouse or outside. Optimum germinating temperature is between 20°C and 28°C, germination takes place after 6-15 days. You can accelerate germination by priming them overnight in a damp cloth. The young plant should not be planted outside until after the last frost. Tomatoes need fresh, well-fertilised permeable soil, which is kept damp (but not wet!). They should be placed in a sunny, sheltered place with at least 6 hours of sunlight per day, if not more.

Sehr gut
