Honeybee Tomato Seeds

Information: Tomato `Honeybee` is an exceptionally sweet early maturing bright yellow cherry tomato. The delicious 2 cm diameter fruit are borne prolifically in multiple branch clusters on a semi-determinate plant habit. They are ideal as a splash of colour in the salad or simply for snacking directly from the bush. Although the plants grow semi-determnate, staking to 1.5m is still recommended.

Care: You can grow tomatoes at home, in a greenhouse or outside. Cover seeds only slightly with soil. Optimum germinating temperature is between 20°C and 25°C, germination takes place after 5-15 days. You can accelerate germination by priming them overnight in a damp cloth. The young plant should not be planted outside until after the last frost.

Tomatoes need fresh, well-fertilised permeable soil, which is kept damp (but not wet!). They should be placed in a sunny, sheltered place with at least 6 hours of sunlight per day, if not more.
