Broad Bean Stereo Seeds

Info: The broad bean Stereo is a must for all hobby gardeners who like mangetout. This high-yielding variety forms masses of pods that can be completely consumed young when harvested. The pods are extremely tender and have a wonderfully sweet, nutty taste. They are easy to harvest because of the particular growth habit of the plant. Tastes great as a salad or grilled stir-fry.

Sowing & cultivation: Broad beans are best suited to a cool climate, so sowing can start from end of March to May outdoors. Before sowing, soak the seeds in water for one day. Sow in rows 50 cm apart 4 - 6 cm deep, 20 cm apart in the row. Broas beans need a good, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny location.
