Radish Sparkler Seeds

Info: This bicoloured radish variety has been known since about 1883 under the name "Radis rose à bout blanc". It makes quite sharp, murmel sized, scarlet-white tubers with white flesh. With increasing size, the sharpness softens slightly. Fits great to a spicy sandwich or salads. The crisp, fresh vegetables are also rich in vitamins and minerals.

Sowing & cultivation: The sowing can be done from March directly into the field. Seeds should be sown in 1cm. For optimal and healthy growth, the planting distance should be 4cm. A humus rich, nutrient-rich, well-drained soil is optimal. The soil should be loosened and enriched with garden compost and horn meal. Because radishes are flat-rooters, they pull your nutrients from the top soil layer. Care must be taken to ensure even moisture.
