Info: The variety China White Winter looks more like a carrot than a radish. But after the first bite comes quickly the typical aroma and a mild-spicy sharpness. It is a very productive variety and makes 15-20 cm long, snow-white roots. The pulp is extremely firm and crisp. Perfect as raw food or salad with hearty meat dishes.

Sowing & cultivation: The sowing can be done from March directly into the field. Seeds should be sown in 1cm. For optimal and healthy growth, the planting distance should be 4cm. A humus rich, nutrient-rich, well-drained soil is optimal. The soil should be loosened and enriched with garden compost and horn meal. Because radishes are flat-rooters, they pull your nutrients from the top soil layer. Care must be taken to ensure even moisture.
