Fine Pink Himalayan Punjab Salt

This pink crystalline salt has been mined using traditional mining methods in the Salt Range (200km south from the Himalayan Massif) since the 16th century. The fine-grained ground salt is commonly referred to as Himalayan salt.

It is completely natural, unrefined and does not contain anti-caking agent or other additives. It contains all the minerals that naturally occur in salt as well as sodium chloride. The iron it contains is responsible for the salt`s pink colour.

Information: As this is not an evaporated salt, it may contain some insoluble elements.
