Red Kampot peppercorns

Flavourful fine pepper from Cambodia.

Kampot pepper from Cambodia is grown in small quantities and named after the Kampot province. It has a fruity-sweet taste of berries, orange peel and ripe fruit. It also has a distinct heat.

Red Kampot pepper is an ideal accompaniment for fish and vegetable dishes, but also for desserts, chocolate, strawberries or other fruit, but also for rhubarb or avocado.

Red pepper is often confused with pink berries (also incorrectly called pink or red pepper). Real red pepper is produced from the ripe pepper fruits, which are sorted and dried after harvesting. Unlike white pepper, the pulp is not removed.
