Fried Potato Spice Mix

Delicious Fried Potatoes Recipe:

Ingredients: 1000g potatoes (preferably waxy ones), 80g bacon, 20g vegetable fat, 2 onions, 2 tbsp Fried Potato Spice Mix, pinch of parsley for decoration

First of all, finely dice the bacon and onions into small cubes and cut the peeled potatoes into slices. Next, render the bacon in a large pan and then add the vegetable fat. Add the raw potato slices to the pan and sauté on a high heat. Then scatter the onion cubes on top and add the Fried Potato Spice Mix.
