Tzatziki Herb Mix

With this tzatziki (zaziki) herb mix you can easily make a delicious, well-seasoned Greek tzatziki appetiser. Perfect with flatbread, baguette or barbecued meat.

You can also use the herb mix as a seasoning for salad sauces, dips, vegetarian dishes or for cucumbers or tomatoes.

Greek tzatziki sauce recipe: 500g quark, 500g yoghurt or crème fraîche, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 small cucumber, finely chopped, 40g onion, finely copped, 3-4 tsp Tzatziki Herb Mix. Mix together all the ingredients and leave in the fridge to allow flavours to develop. Serve cold and garnish with parsley.
