Composta Aji Amarillo

A delicious jam made from organic aji amarillo chillies (53%), prepared only with sugar and lemon juice.

It is an excellent accompaniment to cheese, according to the gastronomic tradition of Tuscany, as well as to cooked meat and vegetables.

The family business Azienda Agricola Carmazzi in Tuscany exists for 100 years and has specialised in the organic production of chilli peppers and hot products (Mr. PIC), among other things, since the 1970s.
