In a large frying pan add oil and saute chopped onions, garlic and a little bell pepper. When that is translucent, add your washed chicken parts. Add seasoning salt to taste. Get the chicken parts nice and brown. Add Belizean Season All and enough chicken stock to cover. Cook at least 30 minutes - longer is better. Serve with rice and beans, fried plantain and coleslaw.
