Aji Pineapple originates from South America and is appreciated there for its lemon yellow colour and fruity taste, which reminds a bit of pineapple. It has a fiery and fruity heat without being too strong.

The Aji Pineapple puree is ideal with fish, vegetables and white meat or as a basis for dips and sauces. For real chiliheads also as a spread on bread, or for adding a fine heat to salad sauces & dips.
