Spelt pasta speciality with the fine nutty taste of spelt.
The ancient grain spelt is rich in vitamins and minerals and, according to Hildegard von Bingen, contributes to a balanced and healthy diet.

Preparation: Cook pasta in bubbling salted water (about 1 litre for 100g pasta) for 4-5 minutes.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and protect from sunlight.
