Conchiglioni

Conchiglioni are giant shell noodles of about six centimeters in length.
Their shape make them particularly suitable for filling with mince, fish, mushrooms, cheese or vegetables. The simplest way of preparation is to fill the uncooked Conchiglioni noodles, since they are still firm. Afterwards, they can be placed in a saucepan in the sauce and baked au gratin in the oven.

Cooking time 12 - 14 minutes. Use a lot of water when cooking!
