Aromatic jasmin rice long grain

Long-grain jasmine rice is also known as Thai rice or fragrant rice and is characterised by a particularly fine and fragrant aroma and a white long rice grain. It is particularly suitable for Thai and Asian cuisine.

This variety can be perfectly prepared in rice cookers. Its grains develop fine sticking properties during cooking, which is why it is particularly good to enjoy with traditional chopsticks.

Preparation: As a side dish for 2 people, bring 125 g jasmine rice to the boil in 250 ml lightly salted water and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes.
