Chilli Pickle is a spicy-hot mixture of sourly pickled, chopped fresh green chillies and traditional Indian spices. You can clearly taste the mustard seeds - people who like hot mustard will also like these pickles. The heat takes a little time to set in, but is long-lasting.

Indian pickles are made from cooked fruit/vegetables, blended with a mixture of spices to create a spicy side dish traditionally served with Indian dishes or pappadams. Chilli pickles are also suitable as a garnish for other dishes such as salads, grilled meats, cold cuts or hamburgers. Mixed with yoghurt, the pickles make a hearty dip.
