El Chupacabra Hot Sauce

An extra hot sauce without pepper extract! Legendary!

The deadly Chupacabra (engl. "goat sucker") is a mythical creature rumored to inhabit parts of the Americas, attacking and drinking the blood of livestock, esp. goats and chickens. The namesake sauce is a blend of super-hot chillies, that many of whose legendary burn is greater than one million Scoville Heat Units: Bhut Jolokia, Scotch Bonnet, Trinidad 7 Pot, Trinidad Scorpion, Trinidad Scorpion Moruga.

The flavour is fruity with a tangy curry-mustard-garlic note.
The heat comes slowly and is long lasting. Slogan on the bottle: "It will not kill you, but you may wish it did!"

Its fruity flavour fits well with stews, pasta sauces, rice dishes, sausages and many more.

Shelf Life / Storage

The expiry date printed on the product refers to an unopened product in unrefrigerated storage. After opening, the product can be kept for at least 6 months if stored below 7°C.

How to use

Perfect for adding a  dash of spice to everything from currywurst to stews, chili con carne or goulash. Just one drop is enough.

Warning regarding spiciness

This product is extremely spicy and should be kept out of reach of children and people with a spice intolerance. Only for use in highly diluted form! Maximum intake per day: 14 grams (approx. 1 teaspoon) In the event of an overdose or any discomfort, drink at least 250ml of milk to neutralise the heat in the mouth, nasopharyngeal zone and stomach.
