Hellicious Jalapeno Rhum & Citron Sauce

The new creation from Hellicious, a sauce made from fresh jalapeno chilli, lemon and rum, made in France!

You want a sauce that goes well with white meat, seafood or even eggs? This jalapeno sauce is mild but spicy, tart and slightly sweet and a dash of rum gives it the character it needs.

Fresh jalapeno chillies and peppers together with a squeeze of lemon give this sauce the pleasant freshness that makes it the perfect accompaniment to poultry, fish and seafood. Garlic and onions give it a pleasant spiciness.

The Hellicious sauces are made with love and enthusiasm by Nicolas Dochter and his team in a small sauce manufactory in the French Alsace.
