Apple & Jalapeno Jam

Sweet temptation.

A delicious jam made with apples (80%) and organic jalapeños (1.0%), prepared only with sugar and a pinch of salt. It is an artisan product with a very delicate flavour that, according to the gastronomic tradition of Tuscany, goes perfectly with cheese.

About Carmazzi / Mr. PIC:

The family business Azienda Agricola Carmazzi in Tuscany exists for 100 years and has specialised in the organic production of chilli peppers and hot products (Mr. PIC), among other things, since the 1970s. They collaborate with the Italian Accademia del Peperoncino of the University of Pisa and have already bred their own chilli varieties (e.g. Magma®, Judgement Day®, Erotico®).
