Erotico Chilli Pepper Extract

The hot elixir made of Erotico® chilli from the chilli pope Massimo Biagi.

Erotico® chilli extract is a food supplement based on chilli extracts in a hydroalcoholic solution. The extracts are obtained by cold maceration of chilli peppers carefully selected by the Carmazzi company. The Erotico chilli has a medium heat, is available in three colours (red, orange and yellow) and has an ambiguous, typical shape. The chillies are harvested by hand when their heat and essential oils are at their highest, and gently processed.

The chillies in the extract may contribute to the following physiological effects: antioxidant, stimulating metabolism, regulating normal cardiovascular function, digestive.

Use the chilli extract to flavour cocktails, hot chocolate, other drinks and herbal teas.
