Melinda`s Indian Inspired Mild Korma

Directions:
(Serves 3-4) Using a deep-sided sauté pan, heat one tablespoon of oil to medium-high heat and brown one pound of boneless chicken for 4-5 minutes (Bone-in chicken, lamb, seafood, or vegetables can be substituted. Adjust cooking times to the type of meat and doneness you prefer). Shake well and pour the contents of the jar into pan. Reduce heat and simmer the chicken for 15 minutes or until the meat has reached proper doneness. Serve with Basmati Rice, Naan Bread and garnish with cilantro, onions and garam masala. Shake well before using. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4 days.
