The Rufus Teague Whiskey Maple BBQ Sauce is a smoky, dark BBQ sauce. The sophisticated combination of ingredients of raisin paste, orange juice and anchovy paste make this sauce an absolute highlight at every barbecue party. This sauce gets its unique taste by refining it with bourbon whiskey and maple syrup. It fits well with pork, beef, poultry or seafood.

To this day, Rufus Teague`s sauces are traditionally bottled in elegant glass whiskey bottles.

Mein neuer Favorit

Diese Soße ist mein neuer absoluter Favorit. Auch bei allen, denen ich meine gesamte Soßen Kollektion vorgesetzt habe kam diese Rufus Teague hier mit Abstand am Besten an. Genau so schnell war sie dann halt auch leer. Um trotzdem unglaublich. Der leckere leichte Nachgeschmack nach Whiskey passt wirklich gut. Schärfe ist für mich keine 2 sondern viel mehr ne 0. Da ist kein bisschen Schärfe dran. Stört aber nicht.
