Zu sauer und für Sriracha zu schwach

Der angegebene Schärfegrad passt nicht. Ist wohl eher so 2-3. Jede normale Sriracha aus Thailand toppt diese Soße. Zudem ist sie recht sauer. Da nehme ich in Zukunft lieber andere.

Melindas Ghost Wing ist dagegen top.
