Buffalo Blue Cheese Wing Sauce

A hot and spicy chicken wing sauce, enriched with a strong blue cheese. A wonderful flavour with a mild hint of spice is what makes #218 Buffalo Blue Cheese the perfect family chicken wing sauce. If you prefer things to be a bit hotter, you can always add some extra spice. Chicken Wing sauces were invented in the USA and we think they`re a brilliant and sensible way of using up chicken wings. Respecting animals begins by using all of their parts.

Shelf Life / Storage

The expiry date printed on the product refers to an unopened product in unrefrigerated storage. After opening, the product can be kept for at least 3 months if stored below 7°C.

How to use

Cooking instructions: Barbecue, roast or deep-fry chicken wings (lightly salted) or other parts of the chicken. Heat up the sauce, but do not allow to boil. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, spread the sauce over the meat using a pastry brush and cook for 1-2 minutes. Exception when frying: Serve immediately after coating with the sauce. Bon appétit!

Super lecker

Habe Buffalo Wings zum ersten mal in den USA probiert und war begeistert. Ich selber mische die Sauce nach Rezept selber und ergänze das ganze mit dieser Sauce, der Geschmack ist überwältigend!
