Classic Roast and Barbecue Spice Mix

This classic roast and barbecue spice mix for meat, poultry, fish and sauces creates an intense flavour with a subtle smoky taste. It is a harmonious mixture of spicy onion, garlic and bell peppers, aromatic kitchen herbs and just a whiff of Middle Eastern spices.

Use the seasoning before cooking, rubbing it into the meat vigorously and leaving for a short while to soak up the flavours. Alternatively, you can also whip up a spicy marinade, e.g. with an oil foundation, in which you can leave the meat for several hours.

Shelf Life / Storage

When stored improperly, spices can lose some of their flavour. Spices should be stored in a cool, dry, dark and airtight place.
