The Johnny Hexburg Jamaican Jerk Hot Sauce is a tribute to the incredibly delicious and spicy Jamaican dish Jerk Pork or Chicken.
Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica in which meat is dry-rubbed or wet-marinated with a hot spice mixture called Jamaican Jerk spice. It is then cooked through at low temperatures on the grill, which makes the meat tender and crumbly.
This Jerk sauce is proved to be one of Johnny Hexburg`s most popular sauces to date. With an explosion of flavour in your mouth, you would not be able to stop adding the sauce to everything you eat.
