Coyote`s Tooth® is a bright white chilli with a distinctive shape reminiscent of a dog`s fang. This hybrid from the Carmazzi company, which was created in collaboration grown in collaboration with Massimo Biagi in the greenhouses of Torre del Lago Puccini, is characterised by its exceptional aroma and its pronounced heat, which can reach up to 300,000 SHU.

The family business Azienda Agricola Carmazzi in Tuscany exists for 100 years and has specialised in the organic production of chilli peppers and hot products (Mr. PIC), among other things, since the 1970s.
