The "Hot" Carolina Chilli Sauce

Tomatoey heat for purists. Criminally Hot.

The sauce made from one of the hottest of the hot chillies - Carolina Reaper. The ideal sauce for chilli lovers who want a "hot sauce for everything". With its tomato flavour, it is also for those gourmets who don`t like it so exotic but still need an extra spicy kick.

Carolina Reaper Chili Sauce goes particularly well with all "tomatoey" dishes such as chili con/sin carne, pizza, pasta or a Bloody Mary.

This chili sauce is one of Chili Mafia´s hottest sauces with a heat level of 10 out of 10.

Fun Fact: Chilli Mafia cooks the fresh Carolina Reaper chillies with gas masks so they don`t burn their airways.
