Hot Peri-Peri Sauce - the sauce from hot Andalusia.

This sauce is a tribute to the South African hot sauces with the African Peri-Peri chilli, also called Bird`s Eye.

Sun-ripened tomatoes, vinegar, onions and spices make this sauce a real all-rounder. Whether on pizza, pasta, hamburgers or to spice up soups, stews, casseroles or grilled dishes, it goes with almost everything.

Shelf Life / Storage

The expiry date printed on the product refers to an unopened product in unrefrigerated storage. After opening, the product can be kept for at least 3 months if stored below 7°C.

Schmeckt, aber nicht scharf

Die Soße ist geschmacklich ok bis gut. Etwas rauchig, aber von Schärfe ist (zumindest bei meiner Soße) nicht viel zu schmecken. Keinesfalls eine 8 - vllt eine 4-5.
