Guajillo Chilli Flakes

The Guajillo chilli is very often used in Mexican cuisine. The chillies have a light to medium heat, which is very similar to that of a jalapeño chilli and has a deep red colour. They develop a truly exceptional aroma of berries and green tea with hints of tannins and pine.

The guajillo chilli is an ideal addition to any marinade. Dried guajillo chilli is also often used as an infusion for the perfect chilli oil, simply by adding it to your favourite olive oil.
