Aconcagua Chili Seeds
Info: The Aconcagua Chili originates from Argentina and is a high yielding variety with long, thick-fleshed peppers almost without spiciness. The plants are robust and bushy and reach up to 80cm in height. The peppers ripen from light green to a full red. They are large, thick-fleshed, juicy and sweet, and are suitable for salads and for fresh consumption. They are also fantastic in the kitchen (cooking, pickling) or with some sea salt on the grill.
Care: The germination temperature is between 20 und 28°C (7 - 20 day germination period), therefore the use of a greenhouse and a heating mat is recommended. The plants need fresh, well-fertilised, permeable soil, and do not tolerate waterlogging. They should be planted in a sunny, protected place with at least 6 hours of sunlight - preferably more. Put the plants outside approx. 2 to 3 weeks after the last frost.
