Daisy - Brachycome Swan River Mix Seeds
Info: Stock Mix Dwarf Ten Week is a small, richly flowering mixture of beautiful, bright shades of white, pink, red and violet. This stable mixture, up to 35 cm high, produces full and unfilled flowers.
Stocks are typical flowers for the farmer`s garden and have been known in Europe since the 16th century. It originates from the Mediterranean and even the Romans have cultivated them in their gardens. They are cultivated here for one year because overwintering is not so easy. Stocks are also popular as cut flowers and because of their sweet smell.
Sowing & care: Sowing takes place from March in preculture on nutrient-rich growing soil. Cover the seeds only slightly with soil. Transplant the young plants only when night frosts are gone and let the plants slowly get used to the outdoor conditions. Matthiola likes sunny locations and nutrient-rich soils. The location should not be too dry or too hot.
